Lean Sigma Prescription for Healthcare

Lean Sigma Prescription for Healthcare® course is conducted in a consecutive 5-day Green Belt course. The course provides tools on how to minimize wastes and reduce variability of processes. It’s been successfully implemented in various areas of the hospital including pharmacy, surgery, emergency, etc. All participants must bring a project in their hospital.
