14th International Symposium on Staphylococci and Staphylococcal Infections (ISSSI)

Hosted by the University of Bath, this will be the first International Symposium on
Staphylococci and Staphylococcal Infections to be held in the UK and will be based on
the highly successful meetings recently held in Australia, Europe, Japan and the USA.

The meeting's programme will cover a diverse range of subjects on staphylococcal research
including disease management, pathogenesis, immune evasion, persistence, population
biology, evolution and regulation. The plenary and symposium sessions will be presented
by the world's leading experts in each of these fields. In addition, proffered oral and poster
sessions will be an integral part of the programme and all delegates are invited to submit
abstracts. Workshops and Industry breakfast and lunch symposia are also planned.
