Terms and conditions of booking for Topics in IPC

Full payment is required by credit or debit card at the point of booking and no refunds are issued as access to the eLearning course materials is provided immediately. 

Delegate fees:

• HIS members: £115 per course
• Non-members: £150 per course

Non-members can join the Society to be eligible for the member registration rate (after membership has been approved).

HIS Members - When completing the delegate details in step 2 of purchase please ensure you use the email associated with your HIS Membership

Fee includes:

The course booking fee includes on-demand access to online content for 3 months from the date of purchase.

To complete the course you will need:

• Access to Wi-Fi Strongly recommended (We have a large amount of video content). For the best learning experience, we recommend access via browser only.
• Time: You will need to dedicate time to review the online content in small sections and then allow for some reflection. There will be around between 5 and 7.5 hours of content.

Purchase Orders

The Healthcare Infection Society is a small charitable organisation with minimal staff resources. We currently only accept purchase orders for bookings over £500.

When booking you will need to upload a purchase order number and the official purchase order .pdf from your organisation before a place can be reserved.

Please note that the following criteria is required for Healthcare Infection Society to raise an invoice:

• A Purchase order document, with unique reference, that clearly states the following:
  Course:
  Delegate Name(s):
  Fee(s):
  Billing address:

Full payment is required before learning content will be released.  If full payment is not received the place will be cancelled.
