How to register

When registering as a HIS member, please ensure you login using the email address associated with your HIS membership.

If you have registered but not received a confirmation email, please email us at admin@his.org.uk

• Non-members can join the Society to be immediately eligible for the Full or Associate member registration rate.

You must register in advance. Registration will remain open until the event begins, but anyone registering after 17:00 on 10 September 2025 may experience a delay in receiving their personal Zoom link.

Please note if you intend to watch with colleagues you must be registered individually. 

Payment

Please note that payment is online by credit/ debit card or PayPal only and places are only secured once full payment is received. As the Healthcare Infection Society is a small charitable organisation with minimal staff resources, purchase orders will only be accepted for bookings with a value of more than £500.

Cancellation or non-attendance

Cancellations can be requested in writing by email to admin@his.org.uk. Only cancellation requests received 14 days or more before the event will be refunded in full.
