Attendance at Trainee Education Days is FREE for HIS Trainee Members, however a refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your place.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing by email to admin@his.org.uk up to 14 days prior to the event and the deposit will be refunded in full.  Deposit refunds will not be provided for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event or for delegates who do not attend on the day.

A certificate of attendance will be issued within two weeks of the event. Delegates must attend the full day programme in order to receive a certificate. Please contact HIS prior to the event if you are unable to attend the full day.

A small number of places are available at each event to non-trainees working in a clinical or non-industry research setting, with an interest in the field of hospital and other healthcare-associated infection.  Non-trainees must be Full or Associate members of HIS.   If you would like to attend and fall into this category, please email admin@his.org.uk with a paragraph briefly outlining the nature of your job role and indicating how the Trainee Education Day will benefit your professional development. A non-refundable registration fee of £50 will apply for these places.
