- HIS Members will automatically be charged the member rate.
- Non-members can join the Society to be immediately eligible for member rate.

Payment

Please note that payment is online by credit/ debit card or PayPal only and places are only secured once full payment is received. As the Healthcare Infection Society is a small charitable organisation with minimal staff resources, purchase orders will only be accepted for bookings with a value of more than £500.

Our payment portal has recently been upgraded. As a result, you will now need to insert an email address even when paying by credit or debit card. This does not mean you need to create a PayPal account. A PayPal receipt will be sent to the email address that you provide during card payment.
Cancellation or non-attendance
- Cancellations will be accepted in writing by email to admin@his.org.uk up to 28 days prior to the event and the registration fee will be refunded in full. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations less than 28 days prior to the event or for delegates who do not attend on the day.
