HIS is delighted to be bring you the third and final webinar in the Federation of Infection Societies (FIS) webinar series, which covers key workforce themes for members of the infection community throughout the UK.

The infection workforce is facing increasing pressures, making staff wellbeing, resilience and retention critical to the future of infection services. As the final webinar in the FIS Workforce Webinar Series, this session will bring together experts to explore the evidence behind workforce challenges and highlight practical approaches that can help individuals, organisations and professional societies build a healthy, resilient and sustainable workforce.

The webinar will be of interest to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, clinical scientists, biomedical scientists, educators, managers and workforce leads. Attendees will gain insights into current research on wellbeing and retention, hear about workforce trends affecting infection services, and learn about practical strategies that can support both individual wellbeing and organisational change.

Following the presentations, delegates will have the opportunity to take part in an interactive panel discussion and Q&A.
